Hey hey! Itsa me, Melanie Cruz! Your favorite night host on your favorite rock station 99.5 Kiss. Born and raised in San Antonio, and on KISS. Joining the KISS team is an absolute dream come true. Nothing I love more than my city, except maybe my rock! I’m going to be around until they have to pull my dead body out of the booth.

Make no mistake I’m nothing special. Never went to college or even finished high school. That’s right! I still ain’t got no diploma. To top it off, getting into radio was a complete accident. Music has always ruled my life. Between my music obsession, bad jokes, terrible social ques and my inessive need to be liked, I found my home in radio.

My life is ruled by my family, tattoos, music and the great green herb. I’m probably not as cool as Billy, Derek, Jill or even that one guy…Chris, but stick around for the mild amusement and find out for yourself how weird yet comfortable you’ll feel hangin with me.
