HINDER
Hinder frontman Austin Winkler was popped for DWI last Friday. The incident happened in Jonesboro, Arkansas when police pulled Winkler's SUV over for suspicion of driving while intoxicated. The singer breathalyzer test reveled he had a blood alcohol level of .16, twice the legal limit. Winkler told police that he had a couple of glasses of wine at his own engagement party. The Get Stoned singer will start off 2008 in a courtroom as he will appear before a judge on January 2nd.
MARILYN MANSON
Marilyn Manson is suing his former keyboardist, Stephen Beir (better known as Madonna Wayne Gacy) for not fulfilling his contractual obligations while in the band. Last August Beir slapped Manson with a lawsuit in the name of breach-of-contract. The jaded keyboardist claims Manson used band funds for his own personal use such as drug treatment and the purchasing of Nazi memorabilia. Manson claims Beir showed up late for gigs and other appearances among other complaints.
