ROB ZOMBIE

Rob Zombie has plans to release his new remake of "Halloween" by this time next year. The singer/director says he wants his version to be more focused on the background of the story's serial killer, Michael Myers. Zombie says he doesn't like the old "normal little boy one day and killer the next". He plans to make Michael Myers an actual person by revealing his childhood and the events that led up to his fascination of homicide. The Rock 'N Roll film director will retain an updated version of his killer's mask and the movie's distinctive score. Shooting for Halloween will begin in January.

JONATHAN DAVIS

Korn's Jonathan Davis will be making his acting debut in a major roll next Halloween. Davis, who has made cameo appearances in the past, will take on the title roll of Sin-Jyn-Smyth, a prisoner who is transferred to a new prison and turns out to be the Devil himself. Syn-Jyn-Smyth will also star former pro wrestler, Rowdy Roddy Piper and adult film star, Jenna Jameson...in her first "straight" role. Let see...an independent film starring a rock star, a pro wrestler, and an adult film star...I'm there!
