DISTURBED
Though Disturbed frontman David Draiman has had a series of unfortunate events, Disturbed seems to have great forward moment on their fourth studio album. Draiman explains that he has had some horrible things happen recently like bad breakups; his garage burn down with all of his vehicles in it; and a bad motorcycle accident that took off a whole bunch of skin from his forearm. Even with all that, it still hasn't pushed back the release of the new Disturbed album, "Indestructible", to its spring 2008 release.
KID ROCK
Kid Rock is facing civil litigation from a Kentucky man who claims Rock's song "So Hott" plagiarized his composition. The Plaintiff, Maurice Foreman claims "So Hott" shares the same guitar line as a song he wrote titled "Slow Death"; a song he copyrighted in 1997. To judge for yourself, listen to both clips.
