Buckcherry has released a new video for the song "Don't Go Away" from the band’s forthcoming album "Black Butterfly", which is scheduled to be released September 9th with a Special Edition exclusive to Best Buy stores. The Best Buy version will feature two demos as bonus tracks. In related news, Buckcherry will be the musical guest on the Jimmy Kimmel show on Thursday, September 11th. GUNS N’ ROSES

A 27 year old man from Culver City, CA was busted for allegedly leaking tracks from Guns 'N Roses long-anticipated album "Chinese Democracy". Kevin Cogill allegedly admitted to temporarily posting nine tracks expected to be from the album and was picked up by the FBI for "suspicion of violating federal copyright laws." Meanwhile, there's STILL NO RELEASE DATE FOR CHINESE DEMOCRACY!
