KORN

Korn's eighth studio album, which is untitled, hits stores and iTunes today. You can currently hear the track "Evolution" on KISS. Korn return to San Antonio with the "Family Values" Tour on Sunday, August 19th to the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater.

LINKIN PARK

In Linkin Park's efforts to go green, the band will be putting out a limited edition 50-page book titled "Revolution Unseen: The Hidden Art of Projekt Revolution". The book features artwork by Linkin Park members Chester Bennington, Mike Shinoda and Joe Hahn; My Chemical Romance members Gerard Way and Ray Toro; as well as others on the tour. The book will be printed on recycled paper as Linkin Park singer Chester Bennington says "All of [Linkin Park's] records, any paper product is all printed on this new material that is actually, it's like super-recycled," and. "Even [Their] inks are environmentally friendly, like, everything [they] do, [they're] trying to focus on polluting as little as possible." Proceeds from the book will go to Music for Relief, to benefit disaster relief and reduce global warming. Projekt Revolution is donating a dollar from every ticket sold to American Forests for their Global ReLeaf program to plant trees to help reduce global temperatures. Projekt Revolution hits the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater this Friday. L.A. Lloyd will broadcast live 3p-7p with up to the minute concert details.
