NONPOINT
Nonpoint's cover of Phil Collins "In The Air Tonight" will be featured in the upcoming Big Screen Version of Miami Vice, and will also serve as the lead single on the Official Soundtrack to the film. Not only will song be features for six and a half minutes of the movie, but it will have its own video shot. In other Nonpoint news, the band plans to work on a live CD/DVD through July and start a new tour in August.
THE PANIC CHANNEL
The Panic Channel, which features ex-Jane's Addiction members Dave Navarro, Stephen Perkins, and Chris Chaney along with with former Skycycle vocalist, Steve Isaacs has posted the video for their lead track, "Why Cry". The band will release their debut album "(ONe)" this August.
OZZFEST PHOTOS
Ozzfest 2006 kicked off yesterday in Seattle, Washington and you can check out the pics from a few of the second-stage bands. Ozzfest hits San Antonio on Tuesday, July 11 at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre. Tickets are on sale now through Ticketmaster outlets and the VWA Box Office.
