The Hog Heaven Holiday concert is this Sunday at Javelina Harley-Davidson, I-10 west towards Boerne, exit 546. Tickets will be $6 at the gate.

SEVENDUST

Sevendust have posted the new song "Pieces" at PureVolume.com. The song will appear on their next studio album titled "Next" and it's tentatively due October 11th.

This will be Sevendust's first effort without founding member Clint Lowery, who left last year to join Dark New Day.

THE OFFSPRING

The Offspring's "Greatest Hits" album will debut at #8 on next Monday's Billboard 200 album sales chart with 70,275 copies sold. The complete list will appear on Saturday's Rock Report.

AUDIOSLAVE

Audioslave are suing the Miller Brewing Company for using their name in a print ad that appeared in "Rolling Stone" magazine on September 30, 2004.

This is an excerpt of the story from Mtv News:

"Audioslave does not permit its name, image or identity to be used in commercial advertising, other than advertising for [the band's] record albums, concert tours and related matters," the suit reads. "In particular, Audioslave does not endorse commercial products, including alcoholic beverages, and does not agree to appear in advertisements for alcoholic beverages ... [since] members of [the group] have had issues with alcohol and the band is completely opposed to the use of its name to advertise and promote alcoholic beverage companies and products."

COLD

Cold will return on August 30th with a new album titled "A Different Kind of Pain". The band is in Los Angeles filming a video for the song "Happens All The Time".
