AUDIOSLAVE

Audioslave performed 2 free shows to promote their recently released sophomore album "Out of Exile". On May 6th, the band performed a free concert in Havana, Cuba and on the 18th Audioslave played a free show on Hollywood Boulevard, which was also filmed for "Jimmy Kimmel Live". Guitarist Tom Morello compares the 2 shows:

MORELLO: "It was awesome. We played a free show in Havana, Cuba so we thought we'd play a free show for our fans in Hollywood. The interesting thing though was when we played in Havana, the crowd of 70-thousand was very peaceful and so were the authorities. When we played Hollywood Boulevard the crowd of 10-thousand was relatively peaceful and the authorities beat the crap out of them."
