It all started with a co-worker telling Kelley that she was going to get a tramp stamp. From there, the Lisle & Hahn Morning Show was flooded with calls from men and women alike, providing guidelines for what type of behavior becomes unacceptable after you hit "The Big 3-0". In case you missed it, here's the complete list. Oh, and if anything on this list offends you, you're probably over 30 and still doing something you shouldn't be...stop it. For the love of humanity!

• Wear anything from Hollister, Abercrombie, or American Eagle
• Be a stripper...stay off the pole
• Wear shoes with wheels on the bottom
• Talk about sexual problems in front of their kids
• Wear clothes from the junior section
• Lie about their age
• Have hickies
• Wear platform shoes with clear heels
• Lick the ear of a security guard on her way out of a club
• Get any new body piercings
• Get in a bar fight over a guy
• Stop orally satisfying their man
• Dress like a punk rocker
• Wear a big bow and ribbons in her ponytail
• Wear a mini-skirt with cowboy boots...or wear a mini-skirt period
• Giggle like a school girl while text messaging
• Wear, decorate, or collect anything with white trash cartoon characters on it (i.e. Tweedy Bird, Daffy Duck, Tasmanian Devil, Bugs Bunny)
• Party with teenagers
• Wear pigtails
• Flash their boobs for beads
• Wear anything with words written on the ass
• Own or collect Hello Kitty stuff
• Wear daisy dukes
• Do keg stands
• Have a cell phone decorated with rhinestones and/or tassels
• Do hip hop dances at the club
• Do the electric slide...ever
• Let her thong stick out the back of her jeans (Whale Tail)
• Wear midriff (belly) shirts
• Wear permanent makeup
• Be prudish or afraid to talk about sex in an open way
• Drive giant trucks
