- The woman is always kidnapped and has to fight another girl
- The time bomb always gets disarmed at the last minute
- The big crowd of bad guys always waits their turn to fight the hero
- People always try to outrun something that's falling instead of just moving to the right
- There are always beautiful people in the bar
- The cigarette flicked into a pool of gasoline always lights a giant fire
- Hats always stay on in a bar fight
- If you are a minority in a horror movie, you're going to die
