OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. Eligibility. The KISS-FM/Bud Light® San Antonio Port Paradise Radio Sweepstakes is open to San Antonio, TX residents and residents of the following counties: Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe, Kendall, Medina & Wilson counties, 21 years or older at the time of entry and possesses a valid ID and U.S. Passport no later than September 1st. Winner must be able to travel (trip dates): leaving October 23 and returning October 26. All winners are responsible for transportation to/from the San Antonio International Airport. Employees of 99.5 KISS, Cox Radio, Inc., Bud Light, Silver Eagle, Anheuser Busch, travel agency handling the trip itinerary or any other radio station employees, and each of their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and other agents, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with such employees, are not eligible.

One (1) entry per person per household during the duration of this contest. The Grand Prize winner each week of the KISS-FM/Bud Light® San Antonio Port Paradise Radio Sweepstakes and the person claiming/executing the trip must be one and the same. No substitutions allowed. All winners are subject to verification. There will be a total of (6) six Grand Prize winners in this contest, (1) one Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected each Friday and announced in the 5 pm hour from all the qualifiers that week for (6) six weeks.

3. Entry and Winner Selection. The Contest will begin at 3 p.m. C.S.T. on June 22nd, 2009 and end July 31, 2009 approximately at 5 p.m. C.S.T. the ways to enter are listed below:

Enter by listening to 99.5 KISS every day between 3-7 p.m. to LA Lloyd, Monday thru Friday from June 22nd-July 31, 2009. After 99.5 KISS broadcasts the “call now” announcement; the 9th caller to 210-470-KISS (5477) will become an instant qualifier, provided the caller meets the eligibility requirements stated in these Official Rules. LA Lloyd may announce a 2nd chance to become a qualifier.

Another way of winning is by signing up for the 99.5 KISS Extended Newsletter and register to win and completing all of the required information and following all instructions. Submit your entry by clicking on the “SEND” button. The 99.5 KISS Extended Newsletters will be coming out July 2nd, July 16th and July 30th. LA Lloyd will be selecting a winner from the Newsletter and will be announcing on Friday’s of that week at 3:15p.m.

Each qualifier will win a pair of tickets to see the Creed on September 24th at the AT&T Center, valued at $80 and qualify for the Weekly Grand Prize. One (1) of the (8) eight qualifiers each week will be randomly selected every Friday at 5pm and LA Lloyd will announce in the 5 pm hour the one (1) Grand Prize winner of the trip. Each trip will include: roundtrip coach airfare for winner and their guest from San Antonio, TX to Cape Canaveral/Miami FL as determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion, transfers to/from ship and airport, standard double-occupancy on ship for three (3) nights, all inclusive food, beverages, and gratuities on board the ship and admission to a private concert for winner and one guest.

KISS-FM/Bud Light® will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or KISS-FM/Bud Light®. In the event of a dispute, all online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the holder of the email account identified in the entry materials. For these purposes, an email account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such email account by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such email account. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the holder of an email account shall be determined by KISS-FM/Bud Light® in its sole discretion, and KISS-FM/Bud Light® reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of KISS-FM/Bud Light®, and none will be returned.

4. Prizes and Odds. A total of six (6) trips for two aboard the Bud Light Party Cruise will be awarded. All trips awarded will each include: roundtrip coach airfare for winner and their guest from San Antonio, TX to Cape Canaveral/Miami, FL, transfers to/from ship and airport, standard double-occupancy on ship for three (3) nights, all inclusive food, beverages, and gratuities on board the ship and admission to a private concert for winner and one guest. Valued at $585 per couple (winner and their guest) for this contest. Winner and guest must be able to travel October 22th-October 27th, Cruise is October 23-October 26.

The trip package consists of only those services or items specifically described as part of the prize. Trip does not include costs of meals not on board ship, ground transportation to/from airport in San Antonio, TX, gratuities not on ship, incidentals on ship, additional ground transportation, passport fees, trip cancellation insurance, telephone calls, or other personal expenses incurred by guest(s) during trip and all other expenses not specified as part of prize package are sole responsibility of winner. Failure to claim prize specified by July 31, 2009 will constitute forfeiture of the prize. Prize may be subject to other restrictions that may apply. The trip is non-transferable. Travel dates may not be changed by winner. Winner must report name of guest traveling with them to KISS Radio no later than 48 hours after winning the prize. Once guest information is reported it may not be changed. There will be no substitutions for travel arrangements or prizes. KISS is not responsible for trips cancelled/airline flight cancellations due to acts of terrorism and/or national disaster. It is the winner’s responsibility to be present at time of departure. If the winner is not present, 99.5 KISS will not be responsible for transportation. Winner will be solely responsible. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of prize. KISS is not liable for the failure of promotional partners in providing prize(s) to satisfy their obligation.

The odds of winning are based on the number of people attempting to phone in. KISS will have no responsibility for failure to claim any prize or problems incurred when attempting to win, based on mechanical or printer errors, or allegations of telephone difficulties. All decisions of KISS contest officials will be final in matters relating to this contest.

5. Winner Notification and Acceptance. Winners will be notified by telephone within 48 hours of the date of winning to confirm they meet all rules and regulations, give complete trip details, and obtain guest name. KISS will not be responsible for non-working phone numbers, misreported numbers or winners that are unable to be contacted or notified for whatever reason. Return of prize notifications as undeliverable may result in disqualifications and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may waive their right to receive prizes. If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of 99.5 KISS and Anheuser-Busch, Inc. 99.5 KISS accepts no responsibility for failure to claim any prize. Prizes are non assignable and nontransferable. No substitutions allowed, except that prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and 99.5 KISS reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law) which must be returned within ten (10) days of date of winning. Failure to sign and return the affidavit or release within ten (10) days, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in a winner’s disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to an alternate winner. An alternative winner may be selected at the discretions of 99.5 KISS. Person traveling as guest of the each of the Winners must also sign any affidavit or release that 99.5 KISS may require. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes entrant’s consent to the publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. 6. Participation. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. 99.5 KISS reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by 99.5 KISS. In the event the Contest is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of 99.5 KISS, which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Contest, 99.5 KISS reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, 99.5 KISS reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date.

7. Construction. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any contestant and 99.5 KISS, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Texas, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Texas. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

8. General Release. By entering the Contest, contestants release Employees of 99.5 KISS, Cox Radio, Inc., Bud Light, Silver Eagle, Anheuser Busch, travel agency handling the trip itinerary and other San Antonio radio stations, any other promotional sponsors, and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or with the acceptance, possession or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light).

9. Sponsor. KISS-FM/Bud Light® San Antonio Port Paradise Radio Sweepstakes is sponsored by 99.5 KISS whose decisions regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects. 99.5 KISS will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Contest.
