KISS-FM/Bud Light® Texans Suite Radio Sweepstakes
OFFICIAL RULES

1. No purchase necessary.

2. To enter, listen for and follow on air instructions. Listeners will be invited to go to kissrocks.com, Featured Contest, to hit the link Play the 99.5 KISS "Pigskin Picks" Pro Football, to predict who they think will win each of the NFL football games that week. We will list all NFL Sunday and Monday games each week. Each Tuesday at 3pm LA Lloyd will announce one winner who will be chosen at random from all the correct picks/entries. Neither the sponsor nor any of its agencies are responsible for interrupted, malfunctioned, lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected calls. All materials submitted become the property of Anheuser-Busch, Inc. and none will be returned.

3. Sweepstakes begins October 7, 2008. Sweepstakes ends October 28, 2008. Upon request, entrants will be reimbursed for verified toll charges. For an official copy of the rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to KISS-FM/Bud Light® Texans Suite Radio Sweepstakes Official Rules c/o KISS-FM, 8122 Datapoint Dr., Suite 600, San Antonio, TX 78229. Limit one request per envelope. Requests must be received by October 18, 2008. Neither the sponsor nor any of its agencies are responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, postage-due or misdirected requests.

4. Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing to be held on or about October 14 & 21 & 28, 2008, subject to verification of potential winner’s eligibility, from all eligible entries received by the station, whose decisions are final. Sponsor’s decision is final in all matters. Winner will be notified by phone or mail.

5. Prize is non-transferable and no substitutions allowed but sponsors reserve the right to substitute prize with prize of equal or greater value.

6. Sweepstakes is open to TX residents 21 years of age or older, except employees and their families of the KISS-FM, Anheuser-Busch, Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, wholesalers and individual retail licensees. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and subject to federal, state and local regulations. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winner.

7. Acceptance of the prize offered constitutes permission to use the winner’s name, biographical information and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising and promotion without further compensation to the winner.

8. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold sponsors harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage. By participating in this sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by all the Official Rules of this sweepstakes.

9. Prizes (3): Two (2) tickets to the Houston Texans vs. Tennessee Titans on December, 14, 2008 at Reliant Stadium in Houston, TX. One (1) autographed Houston Texans item, to be determined by sponsors. Approximate Retail Value $250.00. The difference between any stated value and the actual value will not be awarded. Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $750.

10. For the name of the winner, send a self addressed, stamped envelope by November 21, 2008 to KISS-FM/Bud Light® Texans Suite Radio Sweepstakes Winners c/o KISS-FM, 8122 Datapoint Dr., Suite 600, San Antonio, TX 78229.
