OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. Eligibility. The Miller Lite KISS Cowboys Party Bus is open to San Antonio, TX residents, 21 years or older at the time of entry and possesses a valid picture ID/Driver’s license. Contest is open to residents of San Antonio, TX. Winner must be able to travel (trip dates) for 10/25-10/26, 11/22-11/23, 12/14-12/15 & 12/20-12/21. Employees of 99.5 KISS, Cox Radio, Inc., Daisy Tours Bus Company, Miller Lite, Halo Distributing Dallas Cowboys, National Football League, Prime Tickets/Alamo Tickets or any other San Antonio radio station, any other beer companies employees or affiliates, and each of their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and other agents, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with such employees, are not eligible.

Limit one entry per person per household per family for the entire promotion. The person who submits an entry and the person claiming/executing the trip must be one in the same. No substitutions allowed. All winners are subject to verification. There will be a total of 66 winners for the entire contest.

3. Entry. The Contest will begin at 7:20 a.m. C.S.T. on September 22 and end of December 12 the ways to enter are listed below:

Listen and Win: Enter by listening to 99.5 KISS from September 22-December 17, 2008. Every Monday through Friday (WEEKDAYS ONLY), excluding Thurs. 11/27, at 7:20am Lisle & Hahn will announce the hour to listen in for the opportunity to win, after the “The Classic Cowboys Moment” sounder is played, caller number 9 at (210) 470-KISS (5477) wins. Another chance to win is if the listeners hears the “The Classic Cowboys Moment” a second time before 7pm. The Listener will be announced, provided the winner meets the eligibility requirements stated in these Official Rules. 99.5 KISS will be randomly awarding a pair of seats aboard the Miller Lite KISS Cowboys Party Bus to one of our KISS Extended Family Newsletter subscribers. Trip includes: trip for two aboard the Miller Lite KISS Cowboys Party bus that includes: roundtrip bus transportation for two to/from San Antonio, TX to Dallas, TX, one-night hotel accommodations, and tickets to see the game. Both winner and guest must be 21. (Approximate retail value $200).

99.5 KISS will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or 99.5 KISS. In the event of a dispute, all online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the holder of the email account identified in the entry materials. For these purposes, an email account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such email account by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such email account. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the holder of an email account shall be determined by 99.5 KISS in its sole discretion, and 99.5 KISS reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes. 4. Prizes and Odds. Total of (66) trip winners for all (3) games. The trip package consists of only those services or items specifically described as part of the prize. Trip does not include costs of meals, ground transportation, gratuities, incidentals, telephone calls, or other personal expenses incurred by guest(s) during trip and all other expenses no specified as part of prize package are sole responsibility of winner. Failure to claim prize specified by each of the trip dates will constitute forfeiture of the prize. Prize may be subject to other restrictions that may apply. The trip is non-transferable. Travel dates may not be changed by winner. There will be no substitutions for travel arrangements or prizes. 99.5 KISS is not responsible for trips cancelled due to acts of terrorism and/or national disaster. It is the winner’s responsibility to be present at time of departure. If the winner is not present, 99.5 KISS will not be responsible for transportation. Winner will be solely responsible. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of a prize. 99.5 KISS is not liable for the failure of promotional partners in providing prize(s) to satisfy their obligation.

The odds of winning are based on the number of people entering. 99.5 KISS will have no responsibility for failure to claim any prize or problems incurred when attempting to win, based on mechanical or printer errors, or allegations of telephone difficulties. All decisions of 99.5 KISS contest officials will be final in matters relating to this contest.

5. Winner Notification and Acceptance. Winners will be notified by telephone within 24 hours of the date of winning to confirm they meet all rules and regulations, give complete trip details, and obtain guest name. 99.5 KISS will not be responsible for non-working phone numbers, misreported numbers or winners that are unable to be contacted or notified for whatever reason. Return of prize notifications as undeliverable may result in disqualifications and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may waive their right to receive prizes. If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of 99.5 KISS. 99.5 KISS accepts no responsibility for failure to claim any prize. Prizes are non assignable and nontransferable. No substitutions allowed, except that prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and 99.5 KISS reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law) which must be returned within one (1) day of date of postmark. Failure to sign and return the affidavit or release within one (1) day, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in a winner’s disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to an alternate winner. An alternative winner may be selected at the discretions of 99.5 KISS. Person traveling as guest of the each of the Winners must also sign any affidavit or release that 99.5 KISS may require. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes entrant’s consent to the publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. 6. Participation. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. 99.5 KISS reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by 99.5 KISS. In the event the Contest is compromised by tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of 99.5 KISS, which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Contest, 99.5 KISS reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, 99.5 KISS reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date.

7. Limitations of Liability. By entering the Contest, entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action, and entrant waives his or her right to a jury trial for such disputes, claims, and causes of action; (2) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contest, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

8. Construction. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any contestant and 99.5 KISS, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Texas, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Texas. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

9. General Release. By entering the Contest, contestants release 99.5 KISS, Cox Radio, Inc., Cox Enterprises, Miller Lite, Halo Distributing, Daisy Tours Bus Company, Dallas Cowboys, National Football League, Prime Tickets/Alamo Tickets and other radio San Antonio radio stations, any other beer companies, any other promotional sponsors, and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or with the acceptance, possession or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light).

10. Sponsor. Miller Lite KISS Cowboys Party Bus is sponsored by 99.5 KISS whose decisions regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects. 99.5 KISS will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Contest. 11. Participation in promotion/contest(s) constitutes your understanding and acceptance of all rules, it further acknowledges that you have read and understand the rules. By participating in the promotion/contest, an entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and decisions, which are final as to all matters relating to this contest. Failure to comply will result in the disqualification. 99.5 KISS reserves the right to change rules at any time without notice.
